Our year-long Grow Leadership Program identifies and develops emerging leaders across our family of firms through mentorship, peer collaboration, and direct engagement with executives. Participants build practical skills in strategy, finance, operations, and people leadership—so they can lead teams, support growth, and improve how we deliver infrastructure solutions.

Trilon Scholarship Program

The Trilon Scholarship Program recognizes students across our family of companies who show strong academics, leadership potential, and a commitment to improving the AEC industry. Each year, we award seven Excellence in Engineering scholarships to current employees and interns, helping reduce financial barriers while investing in the future technical talent that will shape the infrastructure industry.

Mentor Huddles: Broadening Networks

Mentor Huddles connect professionals across Trilon to share ideas, build relationships, and learn through open, practical conversation—where everyone is both a mentor and a mentee. Each huddle meets monthly and includes six participants from different firms, roles, and experience levels. Guided workbooks keep discussions focused on skills that strengthen careers and project teams: leading the company, leading yourself, and leading the team.

Jam Sessions: Gaining Expert Insight

Jam Sessions are 90-minute, small-group conversations led by an experienced facilitator or subject matter leader, focused on business, professional, or personal development. Each session includes up to 12 participants, creating space for questions, shared learning, and practical takeaways. Offered multiple times throughout the year, Jam Sessions help our people stay connected across partner firms while building skills they can apply on projects and in their careers.

Emerge: Developing Confident Leadership at the Local Level

Emerge is a flexible leadership development program that helps people leaders at every level lead with confidence and deliver stronger results. Offered within each partner firm, it is tailored to align with local goals and business strategy while reinforcing consistent leadership expectations across Trilon. Leaders build practical skills through focused modules and guided application—strengthening how they lead themselves, support their teams, and move the business forward. Topics commonly include communication, coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, performance management, accountability, strategic thinking, and building high-performing teams.
