Mick is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Trilon, bringing more than 30 years of leadership in infrastructure consulting. He has built his career helping organizations accelerate growth, align strategy, and create lasting value for clients and employees.

Previously, Mick served as Chief Growth Officer at AECOM, leading global growth strategy for a 56,000-person organization. He also spent more than a decade scaling Cardno, growing the firm from 340 to more than 8,500 employees across 100+ countries.

At Trilon, Mick leads the firm’s strategic direction, regional business units, and growth initiatives. He serves as Board Chair of Opteon and on the board of Cobalt Service Partners and previously served on the board of NV5. Mick holds degrees from Central Queensland University and Harvard Business School.
