Bob Chapman

Chief People Officer

Bob is Chief People Officer of Trilon, with nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and talent strategy.

He previously served as Chief People Officer at Brown and Caldwell, where he led all aspects of people strategy. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Xcel Energy, Vail Resorts, and Sports Authority.

At Trilon, Bob leads people operations across the firm, focusing on culture, talent, and employee experience. He holds degrees from Buffalo State University and Canisius University.
