Rating a Condition Unit. An inspector simply writes incremental or final condition state ratings into the spreadsheet-like rating grid. Data from previous inspections is shown at the bottom of the rating grid. Inspectors can review condition state language by tapping the buttons at the top of the rating grid. The Notes button opens a window for the display and entry of inspection commentary.
