Inspection On Hand (IOH) is a system for the automated collection of bridge inspection information. IOH simplifies the data gathering process by guiding inspectors through Pontis inspections. All of the condition rating information is entered on a pen-based Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). The PDA's screen presents the inspector with an intuitive means of entering all pertinent data.
