A new track from first-timer Fejes Gábor, Városliget is a fantasy race through (real) roads in Budapest's city park. A lot of neat scenery here.

A 'period'-look version of Glen Leugner's Westwood. Same layout as the Westwood 1990 track, different graphics.

This progset comes with four different covers, for the '65, '66, '67 and '69 seasons respectively. The covers are real-life scans that have been cleaned up somewhat and reformatted to fit the GPL aspect ratio without streching.

A cover for David Noonan's version of Suzuka, which you don't have, isn't available anywhere, and isn't anything you need. (Get the 2000 or 1978 versions instead, they're better.)

Hawaii Raceway Park is a real club track on the island of Oahu. This version of it... not so good.

Nicoduel is another one of those 'split duel tracks with a crossover' deals. It's not a bad track, though it gets a bit ugly in the city sections...

Ginetto's still working on Mugello. (it's just that there's this really long Sicilian track to finish up, first). It (Mugello) is going to be quite good when finished, as it's quite good even in its beta state. Fun fun track.

Maceone is an unfinished fantasy track, but it's actually pretty good. Simple, high-speed romp through some hills, with a monster banked turn at the end. Fun.

Lillehammer is an ice-race on a frozen lake, which is a unique feature in the GPL track scene. It's also pretty well realized. As non-final tracks go, this one's further along than most.

Indianapolis Raceway Park is a real oval+road course. Not to be confused with that other track in Indy. This version (from Rick King) is unfortunately quite 'alpha' - but at least it's now properly clothed.

A progset for the unreleased, unavailable Goodwood Hillclimb. If you don't have the track, don't worry about it, it's just a featureless ribbon. If you do, well, now you've got a BAPOM progset...

This is a progset for Sergio's very early alpha of Gávea.

A new track from William Campbell (pirenzo), this is a real street circuit in Birmingham (UK) that held events in the late '80s. Good look, lots of buildings., and faster/more open than most city events.

The latest from Sergio is a real-life period road course in Uruguay. It's also very nice, you should go get it.

Some discerning individuals (okay, there was this one guy...) expressed a fondness for the limey cover, but wished to use it on the Brent Adams version(s) of Lime Rock. Well, God knows we're nothing if not devoted to customer service here at BAPOM Co., so here goes. One zip, containing new covers and GEM pics for Lime, LRP, and Lime_MC. I personally wouldn't install all three of them, as that seems a bit redundant. Maybe just 'lime' or 'lime_mc', but whatever.

Yolkfolk is a recreation of the first track from the ancient (1991?) PC game, Stunts - which was a personal favorite of mine. (Along with the Car & Driver game...) Unfortunately, it doesn't really work as a GPL track, to my mind, as I've never been able to get around the track, going through/over all the gadgets, without shift-R'ing at some point. I don't think it can actually be done. Certainly the AI doesn't even attempt to drive through the set pieces.

Neat cover, though.

This is for Strava's never-to-be-finished version of Westwood 1967. Actually, it's a good track, and has working AI and a BAPOM progset, and Strava's done working on it, so it arguably is finished.

For the Ovilring, by Mark Daniels. A decent track, if not great. Unique scenery.

The Nürburgring Start-und Zielschleife, which basically just loops around the pit area of the '67 Nurburgring. Fun little track in theory (ala Monza Junior), but in practice it's hurt by some bad clipping problems, etc.

For Richard Neville's version of Modena, which is no longer available. Presumably because "we can't have nice things."  

For the 'flat' version of Lime Rock Park, by Bill Tillman.

A fine fantasy track, based on real roads in the UK. Textures aren't up to modern standards, but the underlying track is perfectly and enjoyable.

Frogring... A hellish experience. Much too long and complicated (10 minute lap, IIRC), and nothing but a featureless tree-wall to keep you company. 

Duel Trak is a neat, and fun Madcowie track -- two separate lanes with a crossover. The track is big, fast and sweeping, sort of like the Senza/Senzapatria pair. Slap on MECH's AI update, and you've got yourself a neat new track (if you've never driven it before).

Chayka is a real-life modern purpose-built road course in the Ukraine. The track itself is fine, but suffers of the old Cleveland Problem -- the track is so flat that it's very difficult to see any of the corners from the in-car view.

Brno is a very nice version of the modern purpose-built racetrack, not to be confused with the Brno65 and Brno49 tracks, which were raced on public roads.

Mellaha was an early version of the track Sergio later released as Tripoli. But the two tracks are actually somewhat different in layout, and quite different in feel. If you liked Tripoli, but never bothered looking at the earlier beta, well, you should. You can also get MECH's AI update to bring the track up to 'complete' standards.

This is for the Bernard Saulais version of Reims - just in case.

This is for the "slippery 1948 spring" variation of Watkins Glen '48. The track is unavailable, having been replaced by the "Watkins Glen Dirt Road" or "Watkins Glen Dirt Road, Summer" versions. But if you have this particular track for some reason, now you can also have a BAPOM progset to go with it. Whee!

Oval50 is a simple flat oval track, with a pair of 50m radius corners, from Stefan Loos. Fun enough drive if you're into the oval thing (I am), and hey it's a new final track, so it's got that going for it!

Motopark Oschersleben is a real-life modern German track, as done by Richard Neville. I needs some finishing-work, so here's a progset.

Debden is a period British airfield track. This version is an alpha, produced by Richard Neville, and left "as an exercise for the reader" for someone else to finish. Here's a progset...

Cinderella is a new one from PolarBlue21 - and now it's got one of those BAPOM things to go with it.

Nogaro (aka Circuit Paul Armagnac) is a real-life French club track from first-timer Freddy Hell. Nice!

Glen Kinglas is a early alpha (just a track ribbon) hillclimb from Torodd Fugelsted. Neat track, sort of like Sergio's similarly-alpha Gavea... someone should finish one (or both) of these some day!

Now that's a tight GPL track! Rally Stavanger (from Bjørn Finnestad, the Lura04 guy) is a half-mile loop around some tight city streets. Unique!

Ryoma's Gun is a new one from PolarBlue21, so you know what to expect - lovely mid-speed hilly corners and a great 'flow'. Oh, and a BAPOM progset.

Summit Point - long-time beta track, now has AI and a progset, so maybe we can call it 'final'...

Thunderhill is another long-time beta, recently AI'd by MECH, so here's a progset for it.

Hethel Circuit is a basic version of the Lotus factory's test track. MECH did some AI for it, and here's a progset...

Bavaria Motorpark is another long-time beta which has recently been AI'd by MECH - snap on a new BAPOM progset and call it 'done', I say!

Philip Island has been an unfinished beta for years now. MECH recently did an AI set for it, and here's a progset, so let's call the beast 'final'!

Mark Beckman's Wet Nurburging was released forever ago, complete with BAPOM progset - but I noticed that I never put the progset up here as freestanding item. One of my goals is to get this site fully sync'd up with the GPLtd with a progset here for every track listed over there. Hence this release - irrelevant, but fixes a count inconsistency between the two sites.

Brno49 is a great new track from Sergio and his team - highspeed straight public roads connecting beautiful little villages, and some fun twisty-hilly bits thrown in for good measure. Top-notch.

While I was doing the progset for trent67 I noticed that 'north' on the map was pointing the wrong way. So here, seven years after the fact, a 'bug fix' for this ancient release. Say what you will, you can't fault our commitment to customer service...

Here's a themed set of covers for the (largely irrelevant) ancient GP3-conversion tracks. Hockenheim is essentially 'final', with working AI, nice decor, etc. Longb76 and A198 are functional (with AI), if not particularly good. Monza99 and Charades are barebones (just a track ribbon, no AI), but actually fun drives. And Silv98, Most, and Montr98 are basically undrivable in their current alpha state.

Hopefully someone can be encouraged to help move some of these tracks closer to 'finished' status, but I wouldn't exactly hold my breath...

A perfectly-fine beta version of Trenton by Rick King and Sabreteam. Complete. Note that the track appears identical to the previously-released 'trenton', possibly with different textures. Or not - maybe that was what was planned in the finalization process, and never got done. Who knows. Anyway, it's a different track in the GPLtd, so it gets a different progset.

Springfield is a fantasy 1-mile, heavily-banked oval (ala San Jose)  from Eric and Mark. It has working AI, but could use a little work to fix the obvious draw-ahead issues. Other than that, seems like a fine from-scratch oval.

Ruurlo is a tiny little fantasy oval (0.4 miles) with tight, heavily banked hairpin corners. Despite the description, it's actually a fun drive (in the '65s, at least). Needs AI, and some graphic touches would be nice, if not necessary. This is one I'd particularly like to see finalized.

This is a standalone (non-converted) version of Phoenix International Raceway, a 1-mile tri-oval. Quite basic, needs a fair bit of work: no AI, no groove/brake markers, draw-ahead issues. But it is a real track, avoids the N3-conversion issues, and wouldn't be that hard to finish, I'd imagine. Someone should get on that!
